CONGRATULATIONS to all members! Every one of you is very important to Mrs. Herman and me. Please be sensitive to others in the manner in which you react to your placement.
Please also keep in mind that there may movement between ensembles at any time. Mrs. Herman and I reserve the right to edit audition results if a student is not holding up the the standard of behavior, work ethic, and musicality expected of Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Winds, Patriot Winds and/or Jazz Band members. We also might ask you to play another instrument similar to yours. Please be receptive as we have your best interests at heart.
Private lessons and successful instrument switches may help you move to the band you would like to be in. We are looking for additional saxophones, bassoon, euphonium, and trombone players. Flute spots, especially, are very competitive since we have so many awesome students who play the flute. Contact Mrs. Eckerle or Mrs. Herman if you think you would like to switch.
